Trust

Assets such as property, bank accounts, etc that are managed by a "Trustee", for the benefit of one or more people (the "Beneficiaries").

Example: Sam's Grandfather has put $10,000 into a Trust that Sam will only get after graduating university. (Note: Sam is the beneficiary.)
